Internally produced antioxidants — including the enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase — are the body’s primary defense against free-radical assault, offering significantly more protection against certain free radicals than dietary antioxidants.

The body’s supply of youthful antioxidant enzymes rapidly decreases with age. Fortunately, SODzyme with GliSODin and Wolfberry combines three ingredients that help to replenish the body’s supply of SOD, vastly enhancing its natural antioxidant defenses.

The suggested daily dose of three capsules provides 2,000 mg of SODzyme, a proprietary plant-based extract. In a study of 12 middle-aged volunteers of both sexes who took 2,000 mg of SODzyme daily for two weeks, SODzyme boosted serum SOD levels by 30% on average, and reduced hydrogen peroxide by 47%.
